She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leroy Gibson and Lillian Mae Pearson; her son Terry Brumfield; her siblings, Ronnie, Bill Gibson, Sallie Wilson, Joyce Steele and Doshia Ripberger; and her former husband Burl Brumfield.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Brumfield (Vicki) of Fremont, MI, Tony Nicholson of Neenah, WI and Timmy Nicholson (Beth) of Rushville, IN; her daughter-in-law Sheila Brumfield (Terry); and her grandchildren, Travis Brumfield, Christopher Brumfield (Krystal), Cassandra Brumfield (Suzanne), Ashley Petr (Michael), Amanda Shefchik (Josh), Matthew Nicholson (Jennifer), Addam Nicholson (Anne), Tammy Baker (Sean) and Charlotte Nicholson. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, a few nieces, nephews, step grandchildren, and friends.
