She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Moehring and Phyllis Moehring (Southard); her husband John Starkey (Jay); and her sister Kelli Jo Moehring. She is survived by: her children, Tony Starkey (Katheryn), Todd Starkey (Susie) and Misti Dornbach; her siblings, Nick Moehring (Linda), Jane Suttmiller, Katie Adams (Hugh) and Donnie Coryea; her grandchildren, Brittany, Amanda, Wyatt, Jessica and Erica; her great grandchild Evelyn; her niece Jodi Lee (Tony); and her sister-in-law Joan Bockhorst. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
