He was predeceased by: his spouse Avanell Adkins; and his siblings, John, Wilmer Stagg and Mable Swinford. He is survived by: his children, Marsha Haley (Jay) of Falmouth, Gary Stagg of Naples and Jerry Stagg (Carol) of Brazil; and his grandchildren, Doug Stagg (Kathy), Ryan Stagg (Amy), Julie Miramonti, Jeff Stagg (Nichole), Brad Gwinnup, Jaymie Haley, Ashley Busald (Shohn), Scott Haley, Jason Haley (Susan), Amelia Marlatt (Paul) and Ragen Stagg. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
