He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Blair and Annette Lucarelli Blair; his wife Virginia "Ginny" Gail Nickles Blair; and his friend Wining. He is survived by: his daughter Anastasia Blair Osborne (Dustin) of North Vernon, Indiana; his stepdaughters, Faith Spicer (Earl) of North Vernon and Sara Fontch of Indianapolis, Indiana; his stepgrandchildren, Willow, Isaiah, Ian, Ellyana and Madison; and his siblings, Ruth Burns of North Carolina and Roger Moore.
