With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry L. Schurz of Holland, Indiana, born in Huntingburg, Indiana, who passed away on March 30, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George James and Mary Frances Schurz (Handlon); his daughter-in-law Abby Lynn Schurz; and his sister-in-law Jeannie Schurz. He is survived by: his son Jonathan Lee Schurz of Huntingburg; his fiancé Lindy Lee Keaton of Huntingburg; his brother Gary Schurz of Ferdinand; his grandchildren, Tristan, Kaitlyn, Xavier, Deicon Schurz and Peyton Burris; and his nieces, Taffi Schurz Jaso of Valparaiso and Heather Schurz Kissling of Chicago. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
