With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Ray Balsmeyer (Holland, Indiana), born in Huntingburg, Indiana, who passed away on November 2, 2019 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Balsmeyer and Nettie Balsmeyer (Meyer); his wife JoAnne Balsmeyer; his brothers, Dennis Balsmeyer and Glen Balsmeyer; and his grandson Trevor Andrew Balsmeyer.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Broeker (Ron) of Huntingburg, Mark Balsmeyer (Jane) of Jasper and Brian Balsmeyer (Laura) of Seymour; and his siblings, Dorothy Mae Land of Holland, Joan Leistner of Holland and Allen Balsmeyer (Nancy) of Holland. He is also survived by grandchildren and (2) great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Paul United Church of Christ in Holland.
