He was predeceased by: his parents, William Teel and Ruth Teel; his wife Betty Rose Teel; his son Ronald Linn Teel; his great grandchild Jacob Hanson; and his siblings, Ferne P. Harris and Joel H. Teel.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Riggins (Steven), Charles Teel, Sr. (late Donna), Mary Andres (late Gary) and Robert Teel (Renee); his grandchildren, Amy, Larissa, Jason, Seth, Charles Jr., Nicholas, Michael and Harrison; and his great grandchildren, Krysten, Daniel, Sarah, Luke and Grace.
