He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Damaso Rosa Hernandez and Aurora Rosa Santiago; his brother Raul Froilan Rosa Santiago; his daughter Shirley Perez; his wife Cecilia; his children, Rafael Cruz (Melba) of Merrillville, IN. and Judith Cruz of Hobart, IN.; his grandchildren, William Alcocer, Jr. (Melissa) of Chesapeake, VA., Cecilia Moore II (Peter) of Merrillville, IN., Amanda Cruz of Valparaiso, IN. and Mariel Cruz of Merrillville, IN.; his great grandchildren, Julian and Gabriel Cruz of Peter Moore, III; his siblings, Ana Marta Rosa Santiago, Alicia Nieves Rosa Santiago, Iris Rosa Santigo (Artis) and Francisco Ramon Rosa Santiago; his niece Annette Rosado (Rafael) of Portage, IN; and his grandfather Tom. He was also cherished by other loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
