It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Leonard (Hobart, Indiana), born in Gary, Indiana, who passed away on April 23, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leonard and Eleanor Leonard (Flood); his wife Judy Leonard (Dilliner); his siblings, James "Dick" Leonard, Donna Brazil and Patricia Dooling; his siblings-in-law, Chuck Brazil and Jerrey Glotfelty; and his grandson Alec Stratton.

He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Leonard, Lisa McGushion (Shaun) and Jennifer Stratton (Philip); his grandchildren, Jenilee Stoltz (Joe), Cassondra Carrier (Jared), Steven Leonard (Stephany), Lauren Stratton and Caleb Stratton; his great grandchildren, Jessica, Jackson Stoltz, Alana Carrier, Addison, Logan Meredith and Oliver Clouse; his brother David Leonard (Dottie); his brothers-in-law, Randy Dilliner (Brenda) and Wayne Glotfelty; and his close friend Clarie Bisch. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hobart VFW Post 5365 or to provide meals to the staff at Porter Regional Hospital.
