He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Troutman and Laura Troutman; his significant other Joanne Troutman; his grandson Sam Troutman; and his sister Nancy.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Smith (Curtis), David Troutman (Mary), Keith Troutman (Cheryl) and Beth Parton (Gerald). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.
