He was predeceased by: his father Shaw "Wayne" Spurlock; and his sister-in-law Donna "Dee" Maples. He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl; his granddaughter Tracey Coons (Josh); his sister Virginia Spurlock; and his pet Karen Spurlock.
