He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Walters and Dorothy Walters (Jackson); and his siblings, Phyllis Werth and Roy Walters. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hickman; his daughter Jean Marshall of Valparaiso; his grandchildren, Gage, Demetra, Angelina and Gianna; his siblings, Don Walters (Georgia), Sandra Meredith (Mark), Anita Calhoon (Robert) and Joyce Ekstrom; and his sister-in-law Paula Walters.
