Tibbs; his father-in-law Edward Scholtens (Sandy); his sister-in-law Krystle Palo; his grandfather-in-law Ruby Powell; and his friends, Kaitlyn Roscoe and Andrew Niemeyer. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and Nephews.
Memorials may be given to the family for children's education.
