He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Granter and Betty Granter; and his sister Judy. He is survived by: his wife Angie; his children, Summer Biby (Daniel), Richard II Granter (Tammy), Mary Granter and Victoria Granter; his grandchildren, Levi, Jacson, Ivy, Beatrix, Hunter, Haley and Elijah; and his siblings, Charles "Chuck" Granter, Bill Granter (Dana), Mary Becze (Jeff) and George Granter (Cindy).
