He is survived by: his brothers, Paul Milchak of Hobart and Rudy Milchak (Tara) of Tucson, Arizona.; his children, Robert E. Milchak (Joella) of Peck and Kristina M. Milchak of Kamiah; and his grandchildren, Thatcher, Triston and Wyatt Milchak.
