With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Galler (Hobart, Indiana), born in Gary, Indiana, who passed away on January 17, 2019 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Galler and Helen Galler; and his sons, Nicky Galler, Brandon Galler and Golden Retriever Pearl.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Galler (Cherie); his children, Matt Chizmar (Becky) of Austintown, OH, Amber Chizmar of Chicago, IL and Tim Chizmar (Melissa) of Poland, OH; his siblings, David Galler (Marivi) of Burgos, Carol Horan of West Lafayette, IN, Laurie Broadland (Dick) of Tulsa, OK and Mary Sanchez (John) of Mesa, AZ; his siblings-in-law, Carol Kountz of Campbell, OH, Cathy Zarbaugh of Crown Point, IN and Dale Zarbaugh of Austintown, OH.; his nephews, Dylan Broadland, Isaac Horan and Samuel Galler; his niece Lacy Holland; his grandchildren, Olivia Galler, Alexis, Andrew, Aiden, Alex and Hadley Chizmar; and his great grandchild Landon Orosz.
