He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Markez and Virginia Markez (Sobieszczyk); and his sister Gail Markez. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Markez; his children, Jennifer Mahoney, April Skomac (Nick), Ken Kiefor and Jamie Uylaki (Theresa); and his sister Judi Konie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
