He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thomas and Helen Thomas; and his brother Mark Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Julie Thomas; his children, Allison Ferrell (Anthony), Taylor Thomas (Zak Torkelson), Natalie Thomas (Jerry Martinez) and Matthew Thomas; his siblings, Charlie Thomas (Charlotte), Sue Pellerito (Sal), John Thomas (Alice) and Luke Thomas; his sister-in-law Jan Whiteman; and his pet Ruby. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Matt's name may be made to the Thomas Family.
