He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Negrelli; and his siblings, Victoria Verplancken and David A. Negrelli. He is survived by: his children, Megan and Cole Negrelli; and his father David T. Negrelli (Zytko) of Hobart. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
