She is survived by: her children, Melissa DeMoss (Gary) and Kevin T. Smith (Jordan Mata); her grandchildren, Kevin, Noah, Kiley, Autumn, Kaleb and Shawn; her siblings, Kevin Hack (Robin), John Hack, Melissa Spurlock (Tony), Brenda Holt (David) and Debbie Swartzell (George); and her boyfriend Anthony M. Hollinger. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends.
