She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ogiego and Angela Ogiego; her husband Ray Gospodarek; her daughter Cynthia Gospodarek; and her siblings, Stella Zromkoski, Pete Ogiego, Walter "Lefty" Ogiego, Bernice Silva, Jean Butlack, William "Kelly" Ogiego and John "Chopa" Ogiego.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Melnick of Hobart; her sister Eleanor Evans of New Chicago; and her godson Johnny Evans of Miller Beach. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
