She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Clingan and Viola Clingan; her husband John J. Gavelek; and her son David S. Gavelek. She is survived by: her children, Julie L. Clark of Hobart, Lisa A. Mayer of Hobart and Jon J. Gavelek of Hobart; her grandchildren, David Clark (Kelly), Rachel Walker and Lindsay Mayer; her great grandchildren, Makaylah, Ty, Wyatt, Johnnie, Emilie, Dylan, Claire and Jake; her siblings, Connie Davies (Frank) of Brea California and Bill Clingan (Bette) of Mount Olive; and her sister-in-law Paula Siminski (Bill) of Portage, Indiana. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
