We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2023, at the age of 81, Lawrence Powell of Hobart, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Charles "Jack" Powell; and his nephew Michael Bellinger. He is survived by: his sister Bertha "Bert" Schnabel (Earl) of Hobart; his nieces, Kim Maynard (Perry) of Hobart and Michelle Thews (Ken) of Portage; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelly, Nikki, Bradlee, Karlie, Mitchell, Brianne and Brendan; and his close friend Maddie. He is also survived by several great-great nieces and nephews; and 1 great-great-great nephew.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an animal shelter of your choice.
