He was predeceased by: his parents, C. B. Westmoreland and Mary Westmoreland; his wife Patricia Westmoreland; his sons, Jimmy, John and Anthony Westmoreland; and his siblings, Bobby Dean Westmoreland, Billy Jean Westmoreland, Rachel Jane Mejean, Daniel Glen Westmoreland and Dennis Ray Westmoreland.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra Westmoreland of Alabama; and his siblings, Larry Westmoreland (Stella) of Griffith, Indiana and Carolyn Pascal (Rusty) of Clearwater, Florida.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
