He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Owens and Edna Owens; his wife Marie Owens; his son Kenneth; his grandson George Krajnovich; and his siblings, Albert Owens, Jr. and Melba Owens.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Tamras (Sargon) of Lake Station, Kathleen Krisch of Aurora, IL, Edna Whitaker of Portage and Albert Owens of Portage; and his siblings, Rev. Jerry Owens (Sharon) and Glenda Walker (Rodney). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
