He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Ken David (Jaye), Laura David (Frank Carbone), Mary Beth Gregory (Andy), Matthew Jancosek (Vicki), Jaime Jancosek (Roger Nassar) and Jason Jancosek (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Ryan, Eric, Nicole, Rachel, Janis, Andrew, Erik, Brian, Matthew, Nicholas, Christopher, Alex and Layla; his sisters-in-law, Kathie Larson and Kathy Elliott; and his pets, Rubi and Patches. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
