He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bolton; his sons, Kevin Bolton of Hobart and Kristopher Bolton (Amy) of Lowell; his grandchildren, Timber Tolson (Johnny), Logun Bolton, Dyllin Bolton and Lukas Bolton; his stepgranddaughters, Taylor and Addison Lee; his siblings, Gene Bolton (Karen) of Calhoun, KY, Doris Miller of Slaughters, KY and Paula Brown (Ronnie) of Island, KY; and his sister-in-law Holly Bolton of Johnson City, TN.
