He was predeceased by: his father Roy Worthington. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Worthington (Don Jurs); his siblings, Randall Worthington (Theresa) and Diane Ellis (Jeff); his nieces and nephews, Brandon (Lynn), Dylan (Charissa), Danielle (Elliott) and Alexis; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethan, Matthew, Jadyn, Anna, Harper and Hadley. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
