He was predeceased by: his stepmother Tina Schelstraete; and his son Matthew. He is survived by: his children, Nate, Maggie and Ashlyn Schelstraete; his mother Christine White; his stepfather Leonard White of Wanatah; his father David Schelstraete of White Pigeon, MI; his brother Justin Schelstraete; his grandparents, Philip, Kathy Wilson of Nappanee, IN, Bob and Leeann Regner of Michigan; and his stepchildren, Alex, Elizabeth West, Paul, Luke, John and Rachel.
