He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Millsap and Floyd Millsap; and his siblings, Debra Kubow, Edward Templeton (Millsap) and Scott Millsap.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Millsap (Carrie), Crystal Bacon (David), Sabrina Millsap, Amanda Nieves (Francisco) and Edward Nieves (Abigail); his grandchildren, Joseph, Christine, David, Teddy, Ava, Abraham and Emmanuel; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Oakley and Ivey; his siblings, Pamela (Butch), Glenda, Tracy (Daryl), David (Nikki) and Daniel; and his friend Albina. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hillside (8941 Kleinman Rd, Highland, IN 46322). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center (8941 Kleinman Rd, Highland, IN 46322).
