He is survived by: his children, Joseph Millsap (Carrie), Crystal Bacon (David), Sabrina Millsap, Amanda Nieves (Francisco) and Edward Nieves (Abigail); his grandchildren, Joseph, Christine, David, Teddy, Ava, Abraham and Emmanuel; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Oakley and Ivey; his siblings, Pamela (Butch), Glenda, Tracy (Daryl), David (Nikki) and Daniel; and his friend Albina. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
