He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hamady and Cecelia Hamady. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hamady; his children, Janice Hamady (Casey Weems) and John M. Hamady (Angie Pruden); his granddaughter Krista Tobin (JT Gill); and his siblings, William Hamady, Christine Lewis and Theresa Gamble (Gary). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
