She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Benka and Anne Benka; and her brother Mike Benka. She is survived by: her son Rick Yurko (Suzette); her grandsons, Ryan Yurko (Erin) and Matt Yurko; her great grandchildren, Annabelle and Wyatt; her sister Diane Corder (Tom); her sister-in-law Linda Benka; her nieces and nephews, Michael Corder (Christy), Tricia Corder, Chris Benka and Tina Pavlou (Chris); her great-niece Alyssa Pavlou; and her great-nephew Niko Pavlou.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel (600 W Old Ridge Rd, Hobart, IN 46342). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 1:15 PM and at 2:00 PM.
