He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Evans and Thelma Evans; his siblings, Bob, Bill Evans, Regina Evans and Linda Cohen; his daughter Regina M. Ross; his grandson Stephen Evans; and his great grandchild Joey Coleman, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Donna Evans; his children, Michael Evans (Sheri) of Valparaiso, Richard Evans (Milissa) of Bad Axe, MI, Jerry Lee Evans (Diane) of Wheatfield and Vikki Hegan (Paul) of Valparaiso; and his brother-in-law Garry Martin. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren.
