He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Tolbert and Ruby Comer; his brother Danny Tolbert; and his brother-in-law Dan Flowers. He is survived by: his wife Sue Flowers; his siblings-in-law, Charles Lee Flowers (Charlotte), Linda Balta (Butch) and Treva Flowers; and his cousin Marcia Unger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
