He is survived by: his children, Ruth LeRoux (Brian), Martha Diener (Dan), Julia Economous and Patrick Mason (Julie); his former spouse Deletha Galka; his stepson Julian Rogers (Paula); his grandchildren, Ian Sheinart, Edward, Joseph Figueroa, Gregory Hunt, Richard Mason and Kaitlyn Mason; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley, Emmy, Jacob, Jenna Mae, Brooke and Christopher; his siblings, Jerry Mason and Linda; and his sister-in-law Pricilla Mason.
