He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Christian Osika (Tonya), Tabitha Knipp, Viki Knipp, Debbie Moses (Joshua), Sierra Osika (Logan), Elliot Knipp (Alex) and Brianna Knipp; his stepdaughter Tina Hickey (Mike); his stepgrandson Jared Hays; his mother Arlene Madej; his siblings, Dan Osika (Jan), Larry Osika (Jan), Mitchell Osika, Joe Osika (Melissa), Vicki Osika (Dean), Marian Cavanaugh (Dan), Joyce Osika Villanueva and Victoria; and his wife Nancy Y. Osika. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 1 step grandchild and two step great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Henry's name to a charity of donor's choice.
