He is survived by: his wife Concepcion "Connie" Cruz; his sons, Trinidad and Freddy Cruz; his mother Adela Cardona; his grandchildren, Alexis, Lexani, Freddy, Viviana, Elisa, Xander and Isabella; his great grandchild Julian; his sisters, Raquel Camacho and Mildred Cruz; and his daughter-in-law Meghan Parker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
