She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi C. Wineinger and Olive Jane Wineinger; her husband Robert Earl "Red" Goodwin; her brothers, Eugene Wineinger (Betty), Paul Wineinger (Clara), Clarence Wineinger (Helen), Floyd Wineinger, Leroy Wineinger and Marvin Wineinger (Margaret); her brother-in-law Margel Carns; and her great grandchild Wyatt Garrett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Smith (Cory) and Kathy Fugate (Phillip); her grandchildren, Aaron Smith (Sara Herff), Kristen Smith, Michael Smith (Katie), Katie Garrett (Bryan), Peggie Fugate (Ryan Bishop), John Fugate, Robert Fugate (Kellie) and Amanda Roccaforte (Michael); her sister Betty Carns; her sisters-in-law, Esther Wineinger and Clarice Wineinger; and her close friends, Cheryl Campbell, Ron Northey and Jay Marrs. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren.
