We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2023, at the age of 79, Earl Childs Jr. of Hobart, Indiana, born in Helena, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Childs and Margie Childs; and his siblings, Carl Childs, Ronnie (Sheila Childs), Dwayne (Sandy Childs), Thelma Copeland, Vicky Childs and Becky Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Childs; his children, Tammy Owen (Ron), Michael Earl Childs (Char), Stacie Shelby (Dan) and Stephanie Krok (Ken); his grandchildren, Holli, Jennifer, Mikey, Chrissy, Asher, Ethan, Lenya and Mike; his great grandchildren, Jenna, Jewels, Jillian, Quinn, Alex, Izzy (Isabella), Roman, Violet, Lincoln and Hudson; his sisters, Doris Dickson (Gale) and Nora Frias; and his sister-in-law Shirley Childs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends.
