He is survived by: his wife Sondra; his parents, James R. Lampa and Christy Lampa; his parents-in-law, Shirley and Denis Tokarz; his brother Chris Lampa; and his pet Duke. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and special friends.
