He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell Evans and Margaret Evans; and his siblings, Leonard, Ralph, Jewell Evans, Peggy Evans and Carol Rucker.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Evans; his children, Donald Evans (Tami), Leonard Evans (Deborah), Richard Evans (Kim), David Lee Evans and Lisa Starkey (Devon); and his siblings, Michael Evans (Norma), Ann Davis, Susan Bestwick (Bill) and Laurel Evans. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren.
