He is survived by: his children, Chad Harkins (Wila Obena) and Nikki Fattore (Brian); his grandchildren, Luke Fattore (Emily), Zack Fattore (Bianca Serafica), Caleb Harkins (Briley) and Mason Harkins; his siblings, John Harkins (Norma) and Carol Cruz (Noel); and his girlfriend Christine Jones. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
