She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan "Bud" and Sylvia Bess; her brother Harold; her husband Joe; and her son Kenneth Rivera.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Breezley, Eileen Thompson (Terry), Bruce Rivera (Paula), Lorrie Dammarell and Michael Rivera. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
