She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pribish and Ann Pribish. She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Conjelko (Tammy) and Kevin Conjelko (Julie); her grandchildren, Alexis, Nicholas and Gabriella; her siblings, Very and Diana Romanchock (Gerald Stone); and her friend Susan Schaefer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Charlotte's memory to your local church.
