He was predeceased by: his parents, William Twilla and Ola Twilla; and his siblings, Donald, Jerry, William, Jr. and Betty Midkiff.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Agnes Twilla; his children, David Twilla (Camille), Jeffrey Twilla (Donna) and Jennifer Alexander (Steven); and his grandchildren, Sara, Becky (Allen), Donald, Zachary, Max, Logan, Colton, Samantha, Maleia (Gabe), Reese and Jesse. He is also survived by three great grandchildren; five nephews; one niece; three great nephews; and two great nieces.
