She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry; her parents, Archie Smith and Alice Smith; and her brother-in-law William. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Takacs (Joe), Timothy Thelen, Diana Seng (Peter), William Thelen (Dee), Michael Thelen (Brandy) and Ed Thelen (Val); and her sister Sandra Klein. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
