He was predeceased by: his father Emil Titak. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Titak; his children, Jeff Titak and Kim Telfer (James); his mother Theresa Titak; and his siblings, Suzanne Turner (Dennis), Elizabeth Hall (Fred), Paula Mewes (Paul), Jackie Brkovich and Ronald Titak (Genise). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
