With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Kay Unland of Hobart, Indiana, who passed away on October 15, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Auxier and Marjorie Auxier (Dennis). She is survived by: her daughters, Sheryl Unland of Hobart, Brenda Raleigh (Ed) of Hobart and Debra Sturgill of Portage; her grandchildren, Josh Unland, Dustin Sturgill, Jake Sturgill, Eddie Raleigh, Ryan Raleigh, Bryan Raleigh and Sarah Unland; her great grandchildren, Chesnie Unland, Zion Dockery and Bryce Sturgill; her siblings, Ron Auxier of Georgia, Karen Robbins of Hobart and Errin Auxier of Chicago, IL; her husband Bruce Unland; and her son Gary Unland. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers friends are encouraged to donate to either the Maria Reiner Senior Center or The Hobart Humane Society.
