Rankin of Hobart, Indiana, born in Cynthiana, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 20, 2024 at the age of 94. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette Rankin and Ellen Rankin; his sons, Dean Rankin and Keith Rankin; and his stepson Roger Cox.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Rankin; and his children, Dale Rankin, Dee Ann Smith (Jim), Kevin Rankin, Mary Jo Power (Kyle) and Terry D. Williams. He is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; several loving nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
