She is survived by: her husband Jerry Ronald Bates; her daughters, Tammie Blau (Kerry) and Sherrie Horan (Pat); and her grandchildren, Kyle Horan (Morganne), Kody Horan, Terrie Blau, Katelynn Elenbass (Hunter), Tanya Stehly (Tanner) and Kenzie Blau.
